Delivery in Egypt

Delivery is complimentary, anywhere in Egypt. Your order is prepared and sent within 2 business days, and usually arrives in 2 to 5 days. You can pay cash on delivery if you prefer.

International Delivery

We also deliver abroad. The carrier’s shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Exchanges

If a scent isn’t right for you, you can exchange it for another Haze fragrance within 7 days of delivery. The bottle can be opened, as long as it’s mostly full. Write to care@hazecairo.com with your order number and the scent you’d like instead. We’ll collect the bottle at no charge, at a time that suits you, and send your new one.

If It Arrives Damaged

Send us a photograph within 48 hours and we’ll replace it, with our apologies.
